Telephone: Unified Messaging and Campus Phone System Management

Body

Unified Messaging Features
Unified Messaging allows integration between several different communications systems. Its most important features include:

  1. Integrating different electronic messaging and communication technologies (such as email and voicemail) into a single interface.
  2. Sending your email and calendar items over the phone.
  3. Listening to your voicemail messages from within your Outlook inbox.

Reviewing a message on any of these platforms will clear away the "message waiting" light on your desk phone.
