How Do I Create a New Report, Modify/Deactivate an Existing Report, or Modify User Access?

Reports Generation and Access Requests

A Service Request is required for the following actions:

1. Creating a new report using Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data via Microsoft Power BI 

2. Requesting a change to an existing report delivered via Microsoft Power BI to support business objectives or requirements.

3. Adding or removing user access to specific reports within Microsoft Power BI 

4. Adding or removing user access to specific Academic Operational reports within Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)
