How do you know when you are working offline or online in Outlook?

The status bar at the bottom of your Outlook window will show either of the following status indicators:

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)  or   Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 Note: You will not be able to send or receive email until you reconnect.

Reset the Work Offline status

Within your Outlook desktop client, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Send/Receive" tab in the upper-left corner.
  2. Choose "Work Offline" and check your status bar.
  3. If the status shows "Working Offline", repeat the action until the status changes to connected.

How to resolve Outlook Web Access (OWA) Login Issues on Safari? 

  1. start by opening a private browsing window (incognito mode) and attempt to log in again. This can help bypass potential browser caching or extension-related conflicts/
