Resetting the password for LOCUS Parent Guest Accounts
After you Login to LOCUS as a Student with existing Parent/Guest accounts:
- From the Student Homepage, click on the Profile Tile.
- From the Profile Tile, click on Parent/Guest Access.

- You should see your Parent/Guest account(s) listed, similar to below.

- For each existing account, click on the Update button to access the details page, as shown below.

Enter a new Password and match the Confirm Password.

New Password Requirements:

Minimum of 12 characters
-
At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)

At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
-
At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
-
At least one number (0–9)
-
Cannot be the same as your User ID

Cannot be the same as your University email address

Click Save.

Important: Be sure to notify your Parent/Guest LOCUS users of the new password they must use going forward.
