Please be aware DMS loaner laptops do not have LSA/GlobalProtect and erase all settings, saved documents and configurations upon reboot. Faculty/Staff with such needs should consider contacting their department for internal departmental laptop availability, or contact the ITS Service Desk.

Reserve This Equipment
Login to WebCheckout and select one of our Digital Media Services Checkout Center locations to browse and reserve equipment for self-servicxe pickup at our Lake Shore, Water Tower, and Health Science campuses.
All Digital Media Services equipment has a maximum reserve/checkout limit of 7 days, with the ability to renew and add up to 7 additional days, provided the equipment is not already reserved by others. Learn more about Webcheckout Reservations & Renewals.
Avoid Late Fines: Equipment must be returned in full prior to the schedule due date and time, otherwise late fines will be incurred as detailed in the Daily Fine Rates.
