T4 (Terminal 4) Access

How do I access the T4 service for the first time?
Submit a Service Request for T4 access.

1. Faculty and staff can request access to T4 by submitting a Service Request.
2. Provide the required details, including your department and the specific websites you will be managing.
3. If access is for someone else, ensure that their details are included in the request.
4. Submit the request and wait for confirmation from ITS.
5. For off-campus access, connect to GlobalProtect as described in Issue 2 below.

How do I access T4 off-campus?
Connect to Loyola Secure Access (LSA) using the GlobalProtect VPN.

1. Download and install the GlobalProtect VPN client if you have not already.
2. Follow the first-time setup and connection instructions available here: GlobalProtect Setup Guide.
3. Log in to GlobalProtect with your LUC credentials to connect to LSA.
4. Once connected, navigate to the T4 system and log in.
5. If you still encounter access issues, contact IT support for troubleshooting.

How can a student access T4?
A faculty or staff sponsor must request access on behalf of the student.

1. Students cannot directly request access to T4. Ensure a faculty or staff member submits the access request on their behalf.
2. The sponsor should  submit the request form for T4 Moderator Group access.
3. Include the student’s information, the department they will work for, and the specific websites they need access to manage.
4. Submit the request and wait for ITS confirmation.

Who can help me design my website?
Contact the University Marketing & Communication (UMC) Design team for support.

1. Visit the UMC Design team's website: University Marketing & Communication.
2. Review their resources and design guidelines.
3. Submit a request for assistance with artwork or style selection for your department's website.
4. Collaborate with the UMC team to finalize the design and branding elements for your site.
