How do I request a transcript if I no longer have an active LOCUS login?
Use the Loyola Transcript Request site to request your transcript:
- Go to the Transcript Request site: Loyola Transcript Request.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
- Provide the required details, such as your name, student ID (if available), and destination for the transcript.
- Submit your request and wait for confirmation.
- If you encounter issues during the process, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
What should I do if I experience issues with the Transcript Request site?
Contact the Registration and Records office for assistance:
- Call Registration and Records at 312-915-7221 for immediate help.
- Alternatively, send an email describing your issue to registrar@luc.edu.
- Provide your full name, student ID (if available), and a detailed description of the issue.
- Follow any instructions provided by Registration and Records to resolve the problem.
Do alumni or former students still have access to LOCUS?
Understand your access to LOCUS as an alumni or former student:
- Alumni and former students retain access to LOCUS for 2 years following their last enrolled semester.
- If it has been less than 2 years since your last enrollment, log in to LOCUS to request your transcript.
- If your LOCUS access has expired, use the Transcript Request site as described above.
