For content-related concerns, contact University Marketing & Communication (UMC).

  2. Provide details about the content issue, including location and specifics of the concern.
  3. Wait for confirmation or further instructions from UMC.

Device-Specific Concerns
Questions or issues regarding the physical digital signage/TV devices, such as alarms or hardware malfunctions.
For device-related concerns, contact the Loyola Service Desk. 

  1. Report the issue to the ITS Service Desk at itsservicedesk@luc.edu or call ext. 8-4ITS.
  2. Provide details about the issue, including the specific device location and any alarms or malfunctions observed.
