The installation should complete in less than one minute.
If you do not see Adobe Creative Cloud under Applications, select the tab titled Installation Status and locate Adobe Creative Cloud there. Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Repair Adobe Creative Cloud

1. In Software Center, select Installation Status.

2. Select Adobe Creative Cloud.
The repair process typically takes 5–10 minutes, although it may take longer depending on the workstation's performance and network connection.
Wait for the repair process to complete before continuing.
Step 3 – Launch Adobe Creative Cloud

2. Search for Adobe Creative Cloud.

3. Launch the application.
Adobe Creative Cloud should open and begin checking for updates. Allow any available updates to complete before proceeding.
Step 4 – Test the Adobe Application
After Adobe Creative Cloud has finished updating:

1. Sign into Adobe Creative Cloud if prompted

2. Launch the Adobe application that was previously experiencing the issue (for example, Adobe Acrobat).

3. Verify that the application opens successfully and that any licensing or sign-in issues have been resolved.
If the problem persists after completing these steps, please contact the ITS Service Desk and let them know that the Adobe Creative Cloud installation and repair process has already been completed.
