At Loyola, you have access to Microsoft Teams as part of your Loyola-issued M365 license. You can use the app through a web browser or by downloading the desktop application for both Windows and macOS. Please note that your license limits you to installing the desktop app on no more than five devices.

1. Log in with your Loyola email here to access Teams – Quickly access Microsoft Teams using your Loyola credentials.
2. Log in to your Loyola M365 account and find teams in the "apps" section here – Access all your Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams, with your Loyola credentials on a browser.

Steps to Get Started with downloading Microsoft Teams Desktop Application

1. Download the Microsoft Teams desktop app here – Install Teams on your Windows or macOS device for easy access.
2. Sign in using your Loyola email and password to begin using Teams.

What Are the Licensing Limitations for Microsoft Teams?

1. You are limited to installing the Microsoft Teams desktop app on a maximum of five devices.
2. The app is compatible with Windows and macOS but not other operating systems like Linux.
3. Your access to Microsoft Teams depends on the active status of your Loyola-issued M365 license.
4. Using Microsoft Teams via a web browser does not count toward your installation limit.
5. Shared, inactive, or NAP accounts may not have access to Microsoft Teams.
