How Can Faculty and Staff Install Adobe Creative Cloud on University Workstations?

How to resolve issues with the application or getting license error messages: use these instructions to "repair" or "Reinstall" the full Adobe Creative Cloud.

Faculty and staff can install Adobe Creative Cloud applications on University workstations through the Adobe Creative Cloud available in the Loyola Software Center. Follow the steps below for installation:

  1. For Windows Workstations:
    1. Click Start > .Loyola Software Links > Software Center.
    2. Select Adobe Creative Cloud.
    3. If the "Repair" button is not available:
      • Click the "Install" button.
      • Click "Uninstall" and allow the process to complete.
      • Click "Install" again.
  2. For Mac Workstations:
    1. Open the Mac Software Center from the Dock.
    2. If the Mac Software Center is not present on the Dock:
      • Go to the Finder bar, click Go, then Applications.
      • Double-click Mac Software Center.
    3. Select Adobe Creative Cloud.
    4. If the "Repair" button is not available:
      • Click the "Install" button.
      • Click "Uninstall" and allow the process to complete.
      • Click "Install" again.

Sign-In Requirements:
The Creative Cloud application will require you to sign in using your University email address, UVID, and password. This connects your account to Loyola's Adobe license.
