  • “At-Home” Access for Faculty and Staff: Faculty and staff without a Loyola-imaged machine or those who prefer to work from home can request an “At-Home” license through the ITS Service Desk for personal workstation access.
  • Public Access for Students: Students can use Adobe Creative Cloud products on any public access lab workstation across campus, allowing easy access to Adobe software for coursework.
  • Student “At-Home” Licenses: If an instructor deems it necessary, students enrolled in Adobe-utilizing classes may receive a limited “At-Home” license for personal device access, supporting course requirements outside of campus.
  • Student Worker Licenses: Student workers can access Adobe products on Loyola-imaged workstations, with supervisors able to request “At-Home” licenses as needed for personal devices during their employment.
