Non-ITS Room Requests (Furniture, Lights, Clocks, Thermostats, etc.)

Information Technology Services (ITS) does not manage classroom furniture, whiteboards, blackboards, or the arrangement/re-arrangement of furniture within classrooms and event spaces. We recommend submitting a work order to the Office of Facilities for these requests.

Classroom Technology Support (CTS) provides assistance for electronic classrooms and learning spaces across Loyola's Lake Shore, Water Tower, and Health Sciences campuses. It is used to support technology in these spaces for teaching and presentations. Users can expect faculty and staff to have the necessary tools and support for effective classroom instruction.
