NICE Radio Call Recording

Overview

The NICE Recording System is a radio and phone call recording application used by Campus Safety to capture and store audio from campus radios and select phone lines. This browser-based solution enables both short- and long-term playback of captured calls and radio traffic, providing a reliable record of campus communications. The system is maintained by Campus Safety and ITS, with additional support provided by external vendors for specific hardware.
