WorkBright is a digital onboarding platform used to streamline the completion of government forms and onboarding materials for newly hired employees at Loyola University Chicago. This platform is available for a select group of hiring managers to replace traditional paper/PDF new hire packets.

Availability
WorkBright is available to Loyola University Chicago hiring managers for onboarding newly hired student workers. Access is granted upon request through Human Resources at hr-payroll-processing@luc.edu. Students must complete their new hire packets, including the I-9 form, before beginning work.

This service is provided at no additional cost to eligible* individuals or departments, as it is fully funded by the institution.
