CVENT is a web-based registration software designed for organizing and managing both simple and complex events. Whether you are hosting a small RSVP gathering or a multi-day conference, CVENT offers customizable features to accommodate all event needs. It allows event organizers to manage registrations, guest lists, and payments, and provides tools for communication with attendees throughout the event lifecycle.

• Email Invitation Tool: Allows sending targeted email invitations, reminders, and updates to invitees, attendees, and session registrants throughout the event.
• Credit Card Payment Integration: For paid events, departments can accept payments by completing the Credit Card Acceptance for Conferences and Events questionnaire.
