Overview

The ePAF (electronic Personnel Action Form) system streamlines the processing of Personnel Action Forms for Lakeside student employees. It allows Hiring Managers and designated delegates to create, view, and edit PAFs, which are then submitted for approval before being sent to HR for processing.

Availability

The ePAF system is available to those who need to process Personnel Action Forms for Lakeside student employees. Access is granted upon completing the Student Workers: ePAF Request form and submitting it to HRIS at HR‐Payroll‐Processing@luc.edu.

Cost

This service is provided at no additional cost to eligible* individuals or departments, as it is fully funded by the institution.
