Submitting a Qualtrics Project Request Form:
1. Select the Qualtrics Project Request.Asana form to open
2. Enter your LUC email address on the Welcome to Asana page. Please review this brief article for the steps to submitting the form.
3. In your LUC Outlook account, locate a message with the subject line Action Required: Reserve your Asana account. Select the Verify email button.
4. Complete all required fields on the form.
5. Select the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form.
