Iconik (Media Asset Management)

Overview

iconik is a cloud-hosted Media Asset Management (MAM) platform used by Loyola University Chicago to support rich multimedia asset management for video production groups. The service provides a centralized, secure environment for storing, organizing, searching, and collaborating on video and media assets throughout the production lifecycle. iconik was launched in Spring–Summer 2025 to enhance media workflows and long-term asset accessibility.

Cost

This service is centrally funded by the University and provided at no additional cost to participating departments.
