Microsoft Power BI Pro (Developer) licenses enable users to create, develop, publish, and share Power BI reports and dashboards. These licenses are primarily used by report developers and data analysts responsible for building and maintaining Power BI content used across the University.

Available to
Power BI Pro developer licenses are available to authorized faculty, staff, and departments responsible for developing and publishing Power BI reports and dashboards. Access is granted based on role and approved reporting needs.
Cost
Power BI Pro developer licenses are currently licensed separately and are expected to be included in the upcoming Microsoft A5 license. Licensing and access are managed centrally by the University.
