  1. Access the Guest Access Instructions:
Students can grant limited access to their LOCUS account by following the instructions starting on page six of the LOCUS-FERPA document.
  2. Log into LOCUS:
Go to locus.luc.edu and log in with your Loyola credentials.
  3. Add a Parent or Guest:
    1. From the Student Center Finances area, click “View Parent/Guest”.
    2. Select “Add Parent/Guest”.
    3. Read the Consent Form and click “I Accept” to proceed.
    4. Enter the parent/guest's last name, first name, email address, and relation.
    5. Create a password that includes at least six (6) characters and two (2) numeric characters.
  4. Password Support for Parent/Guest Access:
    1. ITS does not maintain or reset Parent/Guest passwords.
    2. If a password reset is required, the student can manage it by logging into their LOCUS account.
    3. Steps for resetting a Parent/Guest password:
      1. Log into LOCUS at locus.luc.edu.
      2. Click “Personal Portfolio”, then click “Parent/Guest Access”.
      3. Under the Parent/Guest UserID tab, click the username of the Parent/Guest.
      4. Click “Update” to create a new password or click “Delete” to remove access.

Additional Information:
