CRDB (Clinical Research Database)

The Clinical Research Database (CRDB) is an initiative by the Loyola University Chicago Health Sciences Division that serves as a large-scale data repository, built on a Hadoop computing cluster, integrating information from affiliated institutions to support clinical research.

LEAF

Leaf is a web application for cohort discovery that enables researchers to define patient populations using de-identified electronic health records, supporting preparatory research for IRB protocols and grant proposals.

REDCap

Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a secure web-based database for data entry and survey creation, supporting researchers with export options compatible with SPSS, STATA, and SAS, and features suited for clinical research including double data entry and longitudinal study designs.

Research Computing Access

Research Computing Access provides university researchers, faculty, and students with high-performance computing (HPC) resources, advanced software, and specialized support for data-intensive research, complex simulations, and interdisciplinary studies.

Research Data Requests

Researchers with an approved IRB (Institutional Review Board) may submit a Research Data Request for assistance, where a research analyst reviews the request and works with the team to identify and obtain the necessary data.
