MyLumen

Overview

myLUMEN provides SSOM medical students access to resources such as online exams, course evaluations, student log reports, portfolios, grades, and more. SSOM students login using their LUC UVID and Password. Visiting students login using their Trinity credentials (4X4 username and password).

  • Course and Clerkship Evaluations: Students can access and complete evaluations for their courses and clerkships directly within myLUMEN, making it easy to provide feedback and fulfill requirements for program assessment.
  • Online Exam Access: The portal provides a secure environment for students to take SSOM online exams, supporting a flexible and integrated approach to academic assessment.
  • Clerkship Log File Submission: myLUMEN enables students to submit required clerkship log files, centralizing important clinical documentation and tracking.
  • Tutor Request System: Students can request tutoring support through the portal, making it simple to access academic resources tailored to individual needs.
  • CV Upload for Student Affairs: myLUMEN offers a dedicated area for students to upload their CV, allowing Student Affairs to maintain up-to-date records and support career development efforts.

Available to

myLUMEN is available to all medical students enrolled at Loyola’s Stritch School of Medicine, providing them with access to the essential administrative and academic functions required throughout their program.

Cost

This service is provided at no additional cost to eligible* individuals or departments, as it is fully funded by the institution.
