Overview
Printing Services at Loyola University provides convenient access to printing across multimedia labs, libraries, and various campus locations. Loyola students, faculty, and staff can print directly from campus computers, personal laptops, and mobile devices. Printers are widely available, located on each floor of the Information Commons, the lower level and first floor of Cudahy Library, and the sixth and eighth floors of Lewis Library. Faculty and staff are able to print to their respective department printer(s).

- Print Quotas and Account Management: Each student, faculty, and staff member receives a set printing quota per semester, with easy account management to monitor usage and remaining print balance.
- Remote Printing Capability: Users can submit print jobs remotely from their own devices, with the option to retrieve the printout at any campus printer, making it convenient for students on the go.
- Department Printers: Network printers belong to individual departments, but are set up on the LUC network for ease of access. Network printers are labelled based on their location (building code and room number).

Printing services are available to all Loyola University students, faculty, and staff for academic and personal use. The service supports on-campus printing for assignments, presentations, research materials, and more.
Cost
- Public Access Black & White double-sided (Duplex) (Default): $0.10 per sheet
- Public Access Black & White single-sided (Simplex): $0.07 per sheet
- Public Access Color or Tabloid single-sided (Simplex): $0.50 per sheet
- Department Access: The department is responsible for printing supplies of toner and paper. Support is managed by ITS.
